Recently a friend shared this amazing warm drink along with some of the benefits it has.  I just had to give it a try.  It tastes amazing!  
Reasons I'm taking it:
  • To help reduce inflammation (something I'm working on for the Lyme)
  • To help balance my response to stress (because, let's face it, we all deal with stress!)
