There's something truly refreshing about having a pantry stocked with homemade preserves and canned goods. Knowing and trusting every ingredient that goes into them brings a sense of comfort and peace of mind. Plus, they're a lifesaver for quick meals—just grab a jar, and you're ready to go!

If you have a canner with the dial gauge, this pressure regulator is a must! It helps ensure you are at the right pressure without having to have the dial gauge tested every year.

Vacuum Sealer
Black & Decker
I have an older version of this. It has worked well for years. I like that I can also attach a piece that allows me to also air-tight seal my jars. (see link for this attachment below)
I have a version of this that works great for sealing jars. Please note, this does NOT take the place of properly canning foods. This is only used for items like rice, flour, and other items you would not normally can.
I like to use stackable storage like this for my extra pantry items. I like latching lids because it's much sturdier and harder for any critter to get into.
